Joanna Kozlowski

Joanna Kozlowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer since January 2020, Joanna has adeptly partnered with senior leadership to drive people strategy as a Global Talent Advisor. Prior to this role, Joanna held various positions at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President for Global Talent and Business Unit Manager, and early career roles as an HR Business Partner and Analyst focused on Learning & Professional Development. Joanna earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000.
