Matthew Chung is a seasoned technology and security executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and technology architecture. Currently serving as Partner and Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Goldman Sachs since December 2020, Matthew previously held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included CIO Technology & Operations Risk and Global Head of Cybersecurity and Fraud. Matthew's career also encompasses significant positions at Barclays Bank, Moody's Investors Service, Credit Suisse First Boston, Societe Generale, Nomura Securities, and Citi, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of leadership in information security and technology risk across major financial institutions. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
