Michelle Ngome

Michelle Ngome serves as the Outreach Director for Entrepreneurship Recruitment at Goldman Sachs, focusing on the 10,000 Small Businesses initiative and fostering connections within the Greater Houston area. As the Founder and President of the African American Marketing Association, Michelle leads a non-profit organization dedicated to the professional development of African-American marketers and creatives. Previously, Michelle worked as an Inclusive Marketing Consultant at Line 25 Consulting, advising organizations on diversity and inclusion strategies. With experience in leadership programs and roles at Invesco Ltd. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., Michelle holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Victoria and certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida and Cornell University, as well as a Master's in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University.
