Shahzaib Ali

Shahzaib Ali possesses extensive experience in investment strategy, having served as Vice President, Associate, and Analyst within the Investment Strategy Group at Goldman Sachs from February 2020 to January 2024, specializing in strategic and quantitative asset allocation. Prior experience includes a research internship at Diamond Light Source focused on quality assessment of image alignment methods in cryo-microscopy, and an undergraduate research position at the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where Shahzaib worked on semantic decoding for statistical spoken dialogue systems. Shahzaib holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Astrophysics and Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, completed in January 2018, and attended FFC Grammar School, where a high school education in science was obtained.
