Shilpa Didla

Shilpa Didla currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Goldman Sachs since April 2024. Prior to this role, Shilpa held the position of Associate Director and Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Lead at Kyndryl from October 2022 to April 2024. Shilpa's extensive experience at Deloitte from January 2012 to September 2022 included various roles related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, as well as positions in Strategy and Competitive Intelligence. Earlier in Shilpa's career, roles at Datamonitor India involved responsibilities as a Business Analyst and Associate Consultant in health care consulting. Shilpa holds a Master of Science in Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
