Agnieszka Dybizbanska

Agnieszka Dybizbanska currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for EMEA and APAC at Rockwell Automation, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing diverse talent while localizing the global DEI strategy. Previously, Agnieszka held various roles at Credit Suisse, including Global DE&I Strategic Advisor and EMEA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion/Poland Country Head, where efforts centered on embedding DE&I strategies and developing innovative sustainable policies. Experience also includes roles at The Adecco Group as an Executive Consultant specializing in recruitment for managerial positions, and as a MICE Project Manager at Just Fly Incentive. Agnieszka's career began with research at the National Bank of Poland on the macroeconomic implications of Euro Area participation. Agnieszka holds an MA in Economic Sciences from the University of Economics Wrocław and a PhD in Economics from the University of Wrocław, with a focus on European Monetary Integration.
