Stratos Lambos

Stratos Lambos serves as the Head of Business Compensation and Chief Financial Officer of the Global Investment Research Division at Goldman Sachs since March 2010. In this role, Stratos optimizes business performance, manages financial planning and analysis, and oversees the compensation process within a global division. Stratos has been a member of the divisional Compensation Committee since 2014 and has a background as Vice President - HR Business Partner, focusing on people strategy and HR processes. Prior experience includes analysis at McLagan Partners, where Stratos was involved in compensation data analysis and consulting for financial services firms. Stratos holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
