Taylor Ruisch

Taylor Ruisch is a highly experienced professional in the field of compensation, currently serving as Vice President at Goldman Sachs since July 2017. Taylor has progressed through various roles at Goldman Sachs including Associate, Senior Analyst, and Analyst within Firmwide Compensation, starting with a HCM Summer Analyst position in 2016. Prior to this, Taylor gained valuable experience through internships and leadership roles at Sphere Consulting LLC, Student Agencies, Inc., and Black & Veatch. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations, along with minors in Law & Society, Inequality Studies, and Business from Cornell University, where education was completed in 2017. Taylor also completed secondary education at Saint Thomas Aquinas High School from 2009 to 2013.
