Tuvia Borok currently serves as the Global Head of Policy & Documentation for the Global Markets Division at Goldman Sachs since November 2011, while also holding the position of Executive Director & Senior Counsel in the Legal Department, focusing on Structured Finance and Securitisation. In addition to this role, Tuvia is a Board Advisor at GROW MENTORING, a Visiting Lecturer at Osgoode Professional Development, and a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows. Tuvia co-founded and serves as CEO of The P3 Network, and has previous experience at BNP Paribas, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Stikeman Elliott LLP, and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Tuvia's educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford and York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, complemented by qualifications as an English Solicitor and a Barrister and Solicitor in Canada.
