Vinod Baldew

Vinod Baldew, PhD, CAIA, is currently an Executive Director in Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs since January 2023. With extensive experience in quantitative strategies, Vinod has been serving as a Senior Quantitative Strategist at NN Investment Partners since 2011, focusing on Corporate Credits, Alternative Investments, Multi-Asset, Fixed Income, FX, and Emerging Market Debt. Prior roles include consulting positions at Saxo Bank, Mindwell/Sungard, and BNG, among others. Vinod has also worked as a Hedge Fund Analyst/Manager Selector with an undisclosed company and as a Quantitative Analyst at Delta Lloyd Asset Management. Vinod earned dual MSc degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Leiden University from 1992 to 1998 and completed PhD work at both the National Institute for Subatomic Physics and CERN, contributing to particle physics research.
