Yuchen Gao

Yuchen Gao possesses extensive experience in instructional design and development, holding the position of Vice President of Learning and Development at Goldman Sachs from January 2021 to December 2023, after serving as an Associate in Instructional Design. Prior roles include Instructional Systems Specialist at the Federal Aviation Administration from April 2019 to December 2020 and various positions at KeyBridge Technologies, Inc. from June 2011 to April 2019, culminating in the role of Instructional Systems Designer III/Project Manager. Yuchen Gao began a career in academia as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma from August 2011 to May 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Education in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Oklahoma and an International Exchange Program in Communication, Advertising, and Marketing from the same institution.
