Prior roles include Chief Sales Officer at Hatch Realty, where strategic sales leadership and performance management were key responsibilities, and involvement with the Board of Directors at Vitellus LLC, focusing on real estate investments. Cody's military background as an Engineer in the US Army, along with entrepreneurial ventures such as founding Meyer Language Consultancy and Tablets for Teachers, underscores a diverse skill set. Academic involvement includes serving as Student Body President at Minnesota State University Moorhead, advocating for student interests and engaging in governance. Cody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
