Goldner Capital Management

Goldner Capital Management was founded on the ethos that the best path is not always the one of least resistance and that hard work and persistence coupled with a disciplined, data driven approach to investment opportunity will yield the strongest results. Since starting the company, Sam Goldner and his team have worked tirelessly to establish themselves as a major player in the Post-Acute Care market both as owners and operators of Skilled Nursing portfolios around the United States. By taking an active role in streamlining operational inefficiency and working directly with regional operating companies on establishing strategic initiatives to improve top line revenue metrics, Goldner Capital Management has successfully unlocked tremendous value in the deals they are involved in. Our investment philosophy is primarily focused on buying distressed assets where we feel our operational team presents a value-add component to the overall deal. Specifically, we do not shy away from clinically or financially challenged assets and see these situations as an opportunity to realize otherwise neglected potential. By doing so, we have successfully turned multiple portfolios culturally, clinically, and ultimately, financially.
