Debbie Carper has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Financial Instructor at TD Ameritrade from 2005 to 2011. During this time, they mentored clients individually and taught investor education programs for various organizations.

Following this, they served as the General Manager of Operations at Aces Athletics from 2012 to 2016, where they partnered and led the overall operations of a sports facility.

From 2016 onwards, Carper joined GOLDPoint Systems, initially as an Account Manager and later promoted to various roles. As an Account Manager, they managed complex client relationships and provided consultative support. Debbie then created and led the first-ever project management office within the company, where they oversaw business-wide changes and modernized procedures.

Carper also served as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at GOLDPoint Systems. In this role, they oversaw high-profile projects in a hybrid agile software development environment. Debbie managed both Agile and Waterfall software delivery methods and facilitated the Scrum framework.

Additionally, Carper held the position of Project Manager for Onboarding and Implementation at GOLDPoint Systems, where they created and established the first-ever project management role in the department. Debbie developed standard operating procedures and implemented new tracking metrics.

Debbie Carper, a Certified SAFe 6 Agilist, CSM, CSPO, and PMP, holds a degree in Technology Management from Utah Valley University. Debbie obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022 and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in December 2022. In July 2018, Debbie obtained the Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot. Most recently, in April 2023, they acquired the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist and Certified SAFe 6 Agilist certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc.
