Chelsey Banos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chelsey started their career as an Assistant at Gold's Gym in 2009 and later worked as a Sales Associate at SOTO from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they joined Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies as a Tour Support Assistant in 2014. In 2010, they took on the role of Assistant Manager at Diane's Beachwear, where they were responsible for various tasks such as opening and closing the store, handling deposits, creating schedules, and building clientele relationships. Currently, Chelsey holds the position of VP of Operations & Retention at Gold's Gym SoCal Group, where they oversee employee support, recruitment, interviewing, and executive coordination.
Chelsey Banos pursued their education at California Lutheran University. From 2011 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Later, they furthered their studies and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Business and an Emphasis in Finance from California Lutheran University, spanning 2014 to 2016.
