Kristin Drummond

Kristin Drummond currently serves as Loan Operations SME at Goldschmitt and Associates since January 2024. Kristin has extensive experience in finance and community outreach, having held the role of Outreach Coordinator at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church since February 2021, alongside serving as Debt Manager for Loudoun County Government from January 2023 to January 2024. Kristin also contributed as a Board Member for the Hunger Response Team of Sterling, where responsibilities included obtaining 501(c)3 status and developing organizational strategies. Previous positions include Director at First Tryon Advisors, focusing on marketing and strategic initiatives, and Vice President of Public Finance at Wells Fargo Bank, where Kristin executed municipal bond issues and managed diverse teams. Earlier experience includes consultancy at Public Financial Management and banking roles at M&T Bank. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Management and Theatre Arts from The Wharton School.
