Under his direction, for over 20 years as a real estate industry professional, Eric is able to use his wide range of experience with both landlords, tenants, contractors, and real estate investors to effectively solve critical issues, implement strategy, create value, increase occupancy through leasing, and maintain tenant retention throughout properties he manages.

Eric is experienced in working with landlords in key management roles, including asset manager, property manager, construction manager, and leasing broker. He has managed properties across all types of asset classes including office, retail, industrial, and residential. He sets high standards for every individual project, no matter how large or how small. Eric’s success is directly attributable to his attention to high quality and detail specifications. He is an asset to any real estate project due to his versatility and expertise in managing budgets, construction projects, negotiating contracts, and leases. Eric has worked with real estate investment firms, including Ivy Realty, SLX Capital Management, Jamestown Properties, and C-3 Capital Partners. Also, his tenant roster has included Walmart, CVS, Burlington, 7-11, Panera Bread, Carl Zeiss, Pernod Ricard, Greenberg Traurig, and Verizon.

Eric has a Bachelor’s Degree from Quinnipiac University, where he was a member of the NCAA men’s lacrosse team. He has served on the Executive Board of Trustees at his temple, where he was the co-chair of their building committee. During his tenure, Eric was in charge of a multi-million dollar building project for their new education wing. Eric lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
