Lew Finkelstein

Lew Finkelstein joined The Goldstein Group in 2000 and quickly became one of our most successful sales associates, being promoted to Vice President in 2005 and Executive Vice President in 2013. He has received multiple “Power Broker of the Year” awards from CoStar recognizing his accomplishments in the industry.

Lew has been a leading broker in representing major tenants in their expansion, including 7-Eleven & T-Mobile in their New Jersey expansion plans. Other retailer representations have included Capital One Bank, Great Clips, Strauss Discount Auto, Verizon Wireless, Retro Fitness and Lucille Roberts.

When it comes to landlord representation, Lew has represented Vornado Realty, Urban Edge, Maxim Enterprises, Urstadt Biddle Properties, Wasa Properties, PMG Petrolium and Black Greek Group amongst many others. He has brokered numerous net leased properties including TD Bank, Bank of New Jersey, 7-Eleven and multiple car dealerships throughout the state. Lew has also brokered the sale of multi-tenanted shopping centers in New Jersey which include a Bloomgindales & Ethan Allen development as well as a major multi-tenanted center in the heart of Paramus.
