Chinh Mach Van is an experienced operations and maintenance site supervisor at Goldwind since June 2021, responsible for customer management, technical support, and project implementation in O&M service projects. Prior roles include Wind Turbine Installation Supervisor, where Chinh oversaw mechanical and electrical installations, ensured compliance with industry standards, and optimized processes through effective communication with stakeholders. Previously, Chinh served as a Marine Engineer at Royal Wagenborg from April 2011 to June 2021, gaining expertise in engine room management, equipment maintenance, and operational procedures. Chinh began as an apprentice engineer, developing foundational engineering skills while studying marine engineering at the University of Transport in Ho Chi Minh City, graduating in 2011.
