Gabriel Busca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy, oil, and gas sectors. Currently serving as PMO Manager at Goldwind since June 2025, Gabriel previously held the role of Head of Construction for LATAM South at Vestas from January 2023 to February 2025. At Pan American Energy, Gabriel worked as a Senior Specialist Engineer from April 2021 to January 2023, specializing in energy, oil and gas business, and energy efficiency projects. Prior to that, as a Project Manager at Pampa Energía from September 2016 to April 2021, Gabriel successfully led the execution of renewable energy projects totaling 206 MW. Gabriel's earlier career included various engineering and management positions at Petrobras Argentina SA and Skanska LA. Gabriel holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and has furthered education with a postgraduate degree in investment project formulation from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo and a program in renewable project management from Universidad de San Andrés.
