With extensive experience as a Senior Consultant and Master Black Belt across several organizations, including Weight Watchers, MedImmune, Pfizer, and Caesars Entertainment, Ken has successfully led numerous initiatives to optimize operations and improve service delivery. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
