Dobrosława Gogłoza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, they served as a Member of the Editorial Board at Magazyn VEGE. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Campaign Coordinator at Międzynarodowy Ruch Na Rzecz Zwierząt - Viva!. In 2012, they became the President of Otwarte Klatki, a position they held until 2020. During this time, they also served as a Coordinator at NEAR - Network for Eastern European Animal Rights from 2013 to 2018. In 2014, Dobrosława was a Grantee at The Pollination Project. Moving forward, they joined All Hands in 2020 as the Co-Founder & Head Of Strategy. In 2021, they became the Head of Communications & Strategist at Golem Foundation and later assumed the role of Managing Director at Pomagam.pl in 2021. Additionally, they are the Owner of Doing Good since 2022.
Dobrosława Gogłoza obtained a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Uniwersytet Opolski between 2004 and 2006. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including "Czytanie sprawozdań finansowych" from EY Academy of Business Polska in March 2023, "Designing a Business: IDEO'S Approach to Building a Human-Centered Business" from IDEO U in August 2022, "Blockchain Developer Program: Architecture Track" from Bloom by Festival Labs in September 2021, "Fintech: Foundations & Applications of Financial Technology" from Wharton Online in September 2021, "Design Thinking for the Greater Good: Innovation in the Social Sector" from University of Virginia Darden School of Business in August 2021, and "How to Manage a Remote Team" from GitLab in August 2021. Dobrosława also completed a certification titled "Nowe trendy w fundraisingu on-line" from Instytut Fundraisingu, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
