Sam Power

Sam Power has extensive experience in sports management and development, currently serving as the Development & Club Support Officer for Golf Ireland since November 2022. As a co-founder and director of Empower Coffee since January 2021, Sam also brings entrepreneurial expertise. Prior roles include working as a caddie for the DP World Tour, serving as a training scientist for Loughborough Lightning Cycling Team, and holding the position of Head of Sport Science at St Joseph's College, Ipswich. Sam's background features contributions as a golf scout, sprint performance research assistant, performance coach, and golf operations manager, complemented by educational qualifications including a Master of Science from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Science from South East Technological University.
