Dhruv Verma has a rich and varied work experience, starting with their current position as Founder & CEO of Thriwe since 2013. Thriwe is a trusted company that provides acquisition, reward, and engagement solutions across various regions. Prior to Thriwe, they worked at Aircel as the Head of College of Sales, Marketing & Distribution from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they held the position of Head of Sales Support & Training - India at CPP Group plc from 2008 to 2012. Dhruv Verma also has experience in the banking industry, where they served as the Training Manager for Branch Banking & Wealth Management at Standard Chartered Bank from 2003 to 2008.

Dhruv Verma has a diverse education history spanning from 1989 to 2010. Dhruv completed their Higher Secondary education at Mount S.T. Mary's, specializing in Commerce, from 1989 to 1998. Dhruv then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce at Delhi University from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they attended Symbiosis from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Post Graduation in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. Lastly, Dhruv advanced their education at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2008 to 2010, where they completed a PGCHRM (Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management) with a focus on Human Resources.
