Igor Vainshtein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Igor is currently the Senior Vice President at GOLFTEC, where they are responsible for growing the manufacturing capability, expanding strategic partnerships, and reaching new international markets. Prior to this, they founded GolfTrak in 2016, a launch monitor app that allows users to play simulator golf with various games. Igor also served as a Member at EO Dallas and as a Board Member at Gate To Ukraine, a nonprofit organization focused on helping Ukrainian families affected by war. In 2011, they founded and served as the CEO of 24/7 Golf, a golf simulator business that was later acquired by Golftec. Igor has also held positions at Averee, MyIntegra Plan Management and Support Coordination, National Australia Bank, Baptcare, and Catholic Church Insurance (CCI), where they held various management and advisory roles. Overall, Igor Vainshtein has demonstrated expertise in technology, project management, and strategic advisory roles throughout their career.

Igor Vainshtein completed their high school education at Sydney Boys' High School from 1994 to 1997, earning their HSC degree. In 1998, they enrolled at the University of Melbourne and pursued a Bachelor of Information Systems degree, which they completed in 2000. After a break in their education, Igor attended Swinburne University of Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation degree.
