Ryan Voigts has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Director of Human Resources at GOLFTEC, President/Owner of 5280 Recreation LLC, Human Resource and Organizational Development Consultant at BellyBliss, Trainer at Whole Foods Market, Director of Global Human Resources and Talent Strategy and Manager of Payroll Human Resources at Westmoreland Coal Company, and Human Resources Director, Payroll at Archstone.

Ryan Voigts earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography from Augustana College, which they attended from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued higher education at Colorado State University, where they obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Organizational Performance and Change from 2011 to 2013. In December 2016, Ryan completed the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at the Center for Creative Leadership.
