Lynn Pitzul

Executive Director, Customer Experience at GoliathTech Corporation

Lynn Pitzul has extensive work experience in customer service and client management. Lynn started their career at Yokohama Tire (Canada) Inc. as a Customer Service Manager and then moved on to Imation as a Global Customer Service and Logistics Manager. Lynn later joined Livingston International as a Regional Manager for Client Services. Currently, Lynn is serving as the Executive Director of Customer Experience at GoliathTech Corporation.

Lynn Pitzul holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Ottawa, which they obtained from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they earned a Technology Degree in Corrections from CEGEP - John Abbott College, specializing in Law & Criminal Justice, from 1985 to 1988. Additionally, Lynn has pursued various certifications in areas such as teamwork, collaboration, engagement, difficult conversations and feedback, leadership for managers, championing change, Bell Canada phone power and inbound telemarketing, communication and behavioral studies, employee recruitment and selection, and internal auditing. Lynn obtained these certifications from institutions such as gaski Training and Development and PQA International, with specific years of attainment not provided.
