Tanya DeNee currently serves as the Wellbeing Coordinator at the Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tanya DeNee worked in private practice as an LCSW at Boike Professional Building from September 2021 to November 2023 and served as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in various capacities, including Clinical Supervisor and High-School Social Worker at Wayland-Cohocton Central School from July 2015 to September 2021. Other relevant experience includes positions at Ontario County Mental Health, Finger Lakes Addictions Counseling Referral Agency, Crestwood Children Center, OASIS Adaptive Sports Inc, Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District, Bridges For Brain Injury, and as a business owner at Weber Collection Historic Waxcraft. Tanya DeNee earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Nazareth University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Keuka College, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Natural Resource Conservation from Finger Lakes Community College.

The Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship provides students with a high quality, accelerated, and cost-effective business education that is linked with networks of employers for career entry, provides coaching to rising entrepreneurs, and provides pathways to additional degrees and credentials via college and university partners. Opening in the fall of 2023, the institute will be the first of its kind in the United States and will proudly serve learners that are seeking to build economic strength with the guidance of faculty and staff that care deeply about their success.
