Carlos Gamboa

Carlos Gamboa is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the fintech and startup sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Fisher Venture Builder since February 2017, Carlos is dedicated to developing innovative fintech solutions and enhancing the Brazilian startup ecosystem. As a co-founder of mantis•ai and goLiza, Carlos focuses on integrating AI tools in media and streamlining registration flows for capital markets, respectively. Additional roles include membership at Beacon Founders and board membership at Dentro da História, where Carlos supports children's education through personalized storytelling. Carlos's previous experience includes investment roles at Conube and serving as an independent board member for AUTOPASS S/A, alongside co-founding the gourmet marketplace Prova.lá. Carlos holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA.
