Denise Marroni

Customer Service Representative at GOLO

Denise Marroni began their career in 1984 as a Group Tour Manager for Ambassador Travel, where they planned and coordinated cruise, motor coach and air-travel tours for area Senior Centers and other businesses in and around the Delaware area. In 1988, they moved to McDonald's LPGA Championship as Director of Sponsorships, with broad responsibilities within sales, marketing, event planning and administrative areas. In 2010, they became the Manager of Cardiology Physicians, managing day to day operations of a medical office, including a staff of seven. Currently, Denise is a Customer Service Representative at GOLO, LLC, where they disseminate incoming customer correspondence to appropriate departments, educates customers on various GOLO products, composes and distributes daily Staff Meeting Minutes, converses with Customer Service Supervisors to ensure proper customer care, and contributes to Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Denise Marroni obtained a Certificate in Medical Coding and Billing from Cecil College in 2009-2010. Denise also earned a Certificate in MS Office Certification from the Academy of Life Long Learning in 2000.
