Chris Goebbert

Chris Goebbert has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Chris most recently worked at Golub Capital as an Associate Director, overseeing desktop, systems, and security operational activities. Chris was responsible for managing outsourced functions and improving operational support activities. Prior to that, Chris held multiple roles at Brightstar Corp, including Senior Director of Global Service Engineering, where they ensured the delivery of desktop services at a global level. Chris also held the position of Senior Director of Service Operations for the Americas, where they were responsible for IT service delivery and management. Before Brightstar Corp, Chris worked at Capgemini as a Senior Manager, where they managed client relationships and service delivery for global pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. Chris also worked at CSC as a Principle Architect, leading an outsourcing transformation project for a large insurance brokerage. Additionally, they held the position of Program Manager at Aon, managing infrastructure-related projects, and served as the Director of Applications Development at Comdisco, overseeing IT application development and infrastructure.

Chris Goebbert received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Northern Illinois University. In addition, they obtained the ITIL Foundation v3 certification in March 2010.
