Hannah Williams

Hannah Williams currently serves as Vice President of Change Management at Golub Capital, having progressed from Assistant Vice President and Senior Analyst positions since joining in November 2019. Previously, Hannah worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2017 to November 2019 as an Operations Analyst, managing portfolio activities for Real Estate Banking clients. Early professional experience includes roles at The Ohio State University Office of Student Life, where Hannah transitioned from Member Services Assistant to Welcome Center Manager, and a summer internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as part of the Operations Analyst Development Program. Hannah began a career in operations with a Distribution Center Operations internship at Big Lots Stores, leading a redesign project for warehouse efficiency. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
