Lauren Citrome

Lauren Citrome's work experience starts with their current position as Tax Counsel at Golub Capital since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as a Tax Associate from September 2016 to June 2022. In 2015, they served as a NYU Law Tax Policy Fellow at the Joint Committee on Taxation, and in 2014, they were a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Lauren also gained experience as a Summer Extern at the Internal Revenue Service in 2013. Their earliest work experience includes positions at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), where they served as an Assistant Program Officer from September 2011 to July 2012, and as a Program Assistant from June 2010 to September 2011.

Lauren Citrome has a diverse educational background. Lauren holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, both obtained from New York University School of Law. Their focus of study during their time at the law school was Tax Law/Taxation. Prior to attending law school, Lauren earned a B.A. degree in International Relations from Tufts University. Lauren also participated in the General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they continued their studies in International Relations. Lauren completed their secondary education at Choate Rosemary Hall.
