Marc K.

Marc K. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Litigation Counsel at Golub Capital, a position held since May 2021. Previously, Marc worked as Assistant General Counsel at the University of Chicago from May 2019 to May 2021 and practiced as a Litigation Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2014 to May 2019, where responsibilities included representing clients in complex commercial litigation, regulatory matters, and internal investigations.
