Nikhila Gangavaram is an Industrial Engineer (R&D) at GOMACO Corp. Nikhila has experience in designing parts, assemblies, and mold profiles of Concrete Paving Equipment. Nikhila also manages and validates BOMs for new/existing products. As an Industrial Engineer Co-Op, Nikhila designed weld fixtures and assemblies while identifying machine design improvements to increase product lifecycle. During their time as a Student Intern at Boeing, Nikhila worked on engine fan model development for a short inlet nacelle and analyzed fan performance and quality for better accuracy. Nikhila holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Technology degree from GITAM Deemed University.
