Diana Linage Gómez

Diana Linage Gómez is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in advising private equity firms and corporations on M&A transactions and corporate structuring. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo since June 2023, previous roles include Managing Associate at Uría Menéndez from September 2008 to May 2023, where expert negotiation and drafting of various transaction agreements were conducted. Additionally, Diana has a strong academic background, having taught Private Equity and Civil and Commercial Practice at the Universidad de Navarra and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Diana holds a Licenciada in Derecho y Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Maastricht University.
