Fabio Humar Jaramillo

Fabio Humar Jaramillo is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in criminal law, currently serving as a Consejero in the penal area at Gómez-Pinzón since May 2022. In addition, Fabio holds a position as a member of the disciplinary chamber of Bolsa Mercantil de Colombia since April 2022 and has been a practicing litigator as the Director of Fabio Humar Abogados since January 2010. Previously, Fabio held the role of Fiscal at the Fiscalía General de la Nación from September 2005 to August 2010 and served as a Coordinator at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 2002 to 2005. Academically, Fabio has earned a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, as well as a Master’s in Economic Law, and has pursued further education at Boston University and CESA - INCOLDA.
