Tess Graham

Tess Graham has a diverse professional background with significant experience in implementation and customer success roles. Currently serving as Implementation Team Lead at Olo since November 2021, Tess has also held positions as Senior Technical Specialist and Sr. Manager, Deployment. Prior to Olo, Tess worked at Chuy's Restaurants from August 2011, taking on various roles including Expo/Server/To-Go Specialist, Corporate Trainer, and more. Tess's experience also includes time at Wisely Inc from June 2019 to December 2021 as Implementation Specialist, Customer Success Manager, and Onboarding Manager. Tess holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas.
