Alec Showalter

Alec Showalter currently serves as the Enterprise Sales Development Manager at Motive, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Alec spent over four years at NinjaOne, where significant accomplishments included building and leading a 15+ member outbound team as the SDR Manager, developing future sales leaders, and driving operational efficiency through CRM analytics.
