Geneva Yourse is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, employment law, and civil litigation. Currently serving as Sr. Corporate Counsel at Motive since April 2022, Geneva develops templates for commercial contracts, manages the implementation of a CLM system, and provides comprehensive legal advice to enhance business objectives while mitigating risks. Previously, Geneva held the position of Legal Services Manager at Railinc Corp. and worked in various roles including Associate Attorney at Cauley Pridgen, P.A. and Managing Partner at Yourse Law Firm, PLLC. With a solid educational background from Campbell University, Geneva holds a Juris Doctor and an MBA, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
