Javier Ramirez Baez is a seasoned professional with a robust background in customer partnership and consulting across various industries. Since July 2024, Javier has been contributing to Motive as a Customer Partner, focusing on empowering participants in the physical economy. Prior to that, from February 2022 to July 2024, Javier served as a Customer Partner at Belvo, aiding fintech and financial services in achieving growth and managing risk. From October 2017 to February 2022, Javier worked at Yalo, enhancing customer experiences on major messaging platforms. Earlier experiences include roles as an M&A Strategy Senior Consultant at Deloitte and a Management Consultant at Accenture, where Javier supported significant banking transformations.
