Jerel Constantino

Jerel Constantino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and strategy, currently serving at Motive since February 2021, where Jerel has progressed through various roles, including Ops Lead for Partnerships Channels and recipient of the 2023 Founders Award. Prior to this, Jerel worked at Oracle from July 2017 to January 2021, focusing on business operations and applications sales within the Customer to Cloud division. Jerel's early career includes positions as a policy intern at the California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and as an operations coordinator at the UCSB Alumni Association. Jerel holds a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Politics and History from UC Santa Barbara.
