Rahul Vaidya

Rahul Vaidya is a seasoned professional in engineering and technical operations, currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations at Motive since July 2021, where leadership is provided over hardware reliability, manufacturing/product quality, and factory testing. Prior to this role, Rahul held the position of Manager of Reliability Engineering at Facebook from February 2017 to July 2021, focusing on AR/VR reliability, and worked as a Senior Component Engineer at Cisco Systems from February 2013 to January 2017. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Hardware Reliability Engineer at Amazon Lab126 from December 2010 to February 2013. Rahul holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Electronic Packaging from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
