Shannon Powell

Shannon Powell is a professional with experience in talent acquisition and sales development. At Motive, Shannon currently holds the position of Team Lead for GTM Sales Recruiting. Prior to this role, Shannon worked at Hearst as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sales and at DISCO in various roles including Manager of Sales Development and Senior Sales Development Representative. Shannon also has experience in event coordination and guest services from their time at Oklahoma State University and Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa.
