Libby Mansky

Libby Mansky (Goyette) is an accomplished professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at GoNanas since June 2025. Prior to this role, Libby was the Supply Chain Manager at Daring. from April 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing inventory levels and coordinating procurement of raw materials, as well as overseeing production for significant customer launches. Libby’s expertise also extends to a previous role as Senior Procurement Analyst at RXBAR, where involvement included planning and ordering raw materials for various product lines. Earlier experience includes positions at C.H. Robinson and Hess Corporation, where Libby focused on improving efficiencies and implementing procurement solutions. Libby earned a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University in 2017.
