Kristi Viles

Kristi Viles is an experienced professional in the biotechnology field, currently serving as Director at GondolaBio since May 2025. Prior to this role, Kristi held the position of Director of Alliance Management at BridgeBio from December 2020 to May 2025. Kristi's career includes significant experiences at Precision BioSciences, Inc. as a Sr. Program Manager between July 2016 and December 2020, and as a Project Leader and Senior Research Analyst at Duke University from 2012 to 2016 and 2006 to 2012, respectively. Kristi began a research career as a Research Analyst at Duke University during the postdoctoral tenure from February 1995 to July 1999. Academically, Kristi earned a PhD in Genetics and Genomics from Duke University (1999-2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Cornell University (1989-1991).
