Alon Eini

Alon Eini has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Alon is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Gong since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Guesty as the Director of Product Management from November 2018 to August 2021.

Before their time at Guesty, Alon held senior positions at Gartner. Alon served as the VP, Head of Product at Gartner Innovation Center from April 2017 to April 2018, where they established and led a product department, overseeing the product vision and methodology. Alon was responsible for a range of products, including internal tools and consumer-facing applications.

From April 2015 to March 2017, Alon was the Senior Director, Head of Product at Gartner Innovation Center, continuing to make significant contributions to product management and innovation.

Prior to their time at Gartner, Alon worked at Inkod-Hypera as the Head of UX from April 2013 to March 2015. Alon led the UX department, standardizing work methodologies, and worked with a diverse client base on various products and platforms.

Before that, Alon served as the Head of UX at Tvinci from January 2009 to May 2011. Alon was responsible for designing and conceptualizing an internet TV platform and worked with notable clients like Orange and MTV. Alon was promoted to a management role and established a new department within the company.

Alon's career began at ByTech Ltd, where they worked as a UI Lead from January 2006 to June 2007. Alon was responsible for customizing and implementing an online booking system and managed a team of UI designers.

Throughout their career, Alon Eini has demonstrated expertise in product management, UX design, and leadership, working in various industries and organizations of different sizes.

From 2002 to 2006, Alon Eini attended Sapir College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and digital media.
