Amir Eliaz

Amir Eliaz has extensive work experience in various software development roles. Amir is currently employed as a Staff Software Developer at Gong, where they contribute to the creation and analysis of customer interactions to maximize revenue. Prior to this, they worked at F5 Networks as a Director of Engineering, leading design and development activities for management and analytics features. Amir also served as an Engineering Team Leader, managing core and protocol dev teams and facilitating the acquisition of Traffix Systems by F5. Before joining F5 Networks, Amir was the V.P. of R&D at MailVision, where they led software engineering processes and mentored a team of engineers. Additionally, they worked as a Team and Tech Lead at Schema, focusing on cellular networks' resource optimization, and as a Senior Software Engineer at IDcide, developing products for privacy analysis. Amir began their career as a Software Engineer at IBM, specializing in Java development and customer support for VLSI design verification.

Amir Eliaz obtained their M. Sc. degree in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2021 and SAFe Agilist from the same institution in February 2020.
