David Freedman

David Freedman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. David is currently working as a Senior Technical Writer at Gong since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at GigaSpaces Technologies from March 2020 to December 2022, where they were responsible for writing and maintaining documentation and collaborating with various teams.

Before their role at GigaSpaces Technologies, David worked at OpenLegacy from January 2019 to January 2020 as a CICS Cobol DB2 Java Developer and Technical Writer. Here, they developed applications and documented proprietary software APIs.

David's career began in 1990 at TelTech, Inc. where they served as a Senior Instructor until June 1997. In this role, they developed and presented IT courses, created customized curricula, and generated sales through client interactions.

From July 2000 to December 2018, David worked as a Senior Technical Communicator at Amdocs and BMC. David handled various responsibilities including proprietary software development, documentation, Call Center and IVR software, routing protocols, and collaborations with numerous software and medical device companies.

Prior to all these roles, David worked at Sapiens Technologies as a Programmer, Course Developer, and Instructor from July 1997 to July 2000. Here, they developed and delivered customized training programs focused on platforms such as OS/MVS, TSO, CICS, DB2, VM, and languages like Cobol, CICS, IBM S/370 Assembly Language, Java, Visual Basic, HTML, and JavaScript.

David Freedman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Drexel University in 1984. The starting year for their education is not specified.
