Laura Patrasso is an experienced customer success professional with a strong background in managing strategic accounts across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Gong since December 2025, Laura previously held the position of Lead Customer Success Manager at Attentive, focusing on the West Coast strategic accounts from February 2021 to December 2025.
